Rajeev Gupta is the promoter and managing Director of Dhanu Consultants Private Ltd, which offers bouquet of services ranging from Equity & Commodity Broking to advising Indian companies on issues from raising capital, Acquiring Funding, Managing Primary as well as Secondary Market and business & capital restructuring, Private Equity, GDR's and ADR's. He has spent more than a decade in equity research and investment advisory advising Individuals, Corporates, and HNIs on wealth creation.
He has diversified in the field of Financial Services, IT Services, Business & Financial Consultancy, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
He began his career with a Small Broking company in 1998, He then moved to IDBI Bank Ltd to get his exposure in the field of banking and financial services as well as fund raising.Then he joined Fortis Securities Ltd, where he worked with the core team in corporate office. He spend his precious three years gaining knowledge in Investment advisory and Portfolio Management. There he managed big ticked HNIs and Corporates as an integral part of organization.
He started his first venture after leaving Fortis Securities Ltd, as a franchisee of Unicon Investment Solutions in Year 2006 and within 6 months he became one of the top franchises of Unicon. He then created another company and became business associate of SMC Global Securities Ltd, with his leadership qualities and dedication, he again marked a position in top franchise of SMC Global Securities Ltd in Year 2007. After getting success in two of his previous ventures he incorporated another company which cater to the needs of Small and Mid-Cap companies (both listed and non-listed). The services range from Private Equity, Business and corporate restructuring, IPO, Fund raising and Crisis management.
He earned a bachelor's degree in B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University , and a master's degree in business administration in finance from The Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
